Emotional Wellbeing Support Just For You
I offer a range of creative, emotional support sessions for children (age 3+), young people and adults.
Every person processes their emotions in their own way. Whether someone is feeling anxious, withdrawn, overwhelmed or simply in need of a quiet space to be heard, I offer a range of gentle, person-led approaches to meet them exactly where they are - with compassion, patience and care.
My services are designed to help individuals better understand their feelings, build emotional resilience and process experiences safely and creatively - without pressure or judgement.
The Wellbeing hub
A peaceful garden hideaway for emotional healing
Nestled in my garden in Larkhill, Salisbury, the Wellbeing Hub is a calming, purpose-built space where emotions are gently held and explored. Designed to feel safe, private and distraction free, the hub is fully fitted with heating and electricity and finished with soft, minimalistic touches to create a soothing environment where people of all ages can feel at ease.
When you arrive, you’ll find a plaque and doorbell on the garden gate. I’ll be there to greet you and welcome you into the hub and from that moment on, it’s your time and space. Whether you come to talk, draw, play or simply sit quietly, the space is here to support you, without pressure or judgement.
If travelling to me isn’t possible, I also offer mobile sessions across South Wiltshire - bringing the same gentle, supportive approach into homes, schools, nurseries, care homes and alternative provisions.

Emotional Support Sessions In A Range Of Styles Using Different Techniques
Sand Play Therapy
Symbolic play that allows deeper emotional expression, without needing words
Sand Play Therapy invites the client to create scenes using miniature figures in the sand tray. These scenes reflect the emotional world inside - allowing for safe, symbolic processing of feelings, memories and experiences that may not yet have words.
This approach is especially effective for younger children and those with SEND but is equally powerful for adults seeking an alternative to traditional talking therapy.
Each session is calm, structured and entirely led by the individual. At the end of each session, I photograph the sand tray and add the image to your personal folder. Just like with Drawing and Talking, the folder is yours at the end of your 12 weeks — completely confidential and held safely throughout.
• 12-week programme
• Weekly 30-minute sessions
• Held at the same time each week to build consistency and trust
Drawing and Talking Therapy
A calm, non-intrusive way to process emotions and experiences through symbolic drawing
Grounded in attachment theory and inspired by the work of Carl Jung, Drawing and Talking offers a safe, creative space to gently explore emotional experiences - without the need to talk about them directly.
Clients are invited to draw freely, while I sit alongside them in quiet presence. I don’t interrupt, analyse or lead - this is a person-led journey and the drawing does the talking.
There are no rubbers used - everything that ends up on the page is part of the journey. If something doesn’t feel right, you can cross it out, change it or simply start again.
It’s your process.

Emotional Literacy Support
For children and young people struggling to manage big emotions, navigate friendships, build confidence or cope with life’s changes, emotional literacy sessions offer a calm, guided space to make sense of it all.
We explore emotional understanding, self-regulation, resilience and social interaction through conversation, creative tasks and playful techniques - always led by the needs of the child or young person.
Ideal for those experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional outbursts or social challenges.
-Intervention and timeframe tailored to the individuals needs.
LEGO®-Based Social Skills Therapy
Play based group work focused on teamwork, turn taking and emotional connection
This structured group intervention uses LEGO® building to support social and emotional development. Participants take on rotating roles - builder, supplier, engineer and supervisor. Together they will learn to collaborate and complete shared tasks.
It’s an excellent choice for children who find peer interaction difficult, need help with turn taking and teamwork or for families looking to reconnect through play.
• 6-week programme
• Weekly 45-minute sessions
• Maximum 4 participants per group for close connection and support
Group Work
Small group or larger story based sessions tailored to emotional wellbeing
Some people thrive when they can explore their emotions in a group - surrounded by others who are navigating similar experiences. I offer two core types of group work, depending on the size and needs of the group:
Emotion Focused Groups (6–8 participants)
A small, drawing-based group where we explore one emotion per week - such as anger, worry, sadness or joy, through stories, art and conversation. Ideal for schools, nurture groups, and settings supporting emotional development.
Story Based Group Work (up to 30 participants)
Designed for schools, care homes, alternative provisions and parent groups, this style uses storytelling and guided themes to explore emotional resilience, empathy and self-expression in a creative and accessible way.
• 6–8 week programmes
• Weekly 45-minute sessions
• Adaptable for different settings and age groups
Play & Creative Therapy
I am currently training as a Play & Creative Therapist, offering therapeutic sessions for children, young people, and adults. These sessions provide a safe, creative space to explore emotions, process challenges, and support emotional wellbeing.
My approach is gentle and integrative, drawing on therapeutic models including Person-Centred, Gestalt, Systemic, Transactional Analysis, Creative, and Somatic Trauma Therapy. Each session is tailored to the individual, encouraging emotional expression and personal growth in a supportive environment.
This therapy can help with a wide range of emotional challenges such as anxiety, grief, family breakdown, trauma or neurodivergence. Whether the cause of distress is clear or unclear, creative therapy offers a space to be truly seen, heard, and supported.
Sessions last 40–45 minutes and are delivered over 12 weekly sessions at the same time and day each week to build consistency and security.
I offer sessions in person at my Wellbeing Hub in Larkhill, in your home or within schools and alternative provisions across Wiltshire. I also provide support for parents and carers, embracing a holistic approach to wellbeing.
I am registered as a student member with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
