Hi, I’m Katie - a creative, compassionate emotional wellbeing practitioner with a heart for helping others feel seen, heard and supported.
A Little Bit About Me
Welcome To Your Safe Space
I’ve worked with children for over 12 years, including three years as part of a school pastoral team supporting emotional and social development. In 2024, I took the leap to start my own practice - driven by a desire to offer gentle, meaningful support in a way that’s personal, flexible and deeply focused on emotional wellbeing.
I’m a military wife and a mum to two young children - one of whom has additional needs. So I understand, on a very real level, the rollercoaster that life can be. I know how overwhelming emotions can feel (especially when you’re not sure where to turn) and I’m passionate about creating spaces where people feel safe to just be themselves.
Over the years, I’ve seen how many children and families are left waiting - stuck between school based support and specialist services like CAMHS. I want to help bridge that gap. Whether I’m the first step in someone’s healing journey or the support that helps prevent things from escalating, I’m here to walk alongside them with creativity, care and no pressure.
I’m trained in Emotional Literacy, Drawing and Talking Therapy (Advanced Practitioner), Lego Therapy and Sand Play Therapy. I’m also continuing to grow in my practice, with further training in Integrative Creative and Play Therapy from 2025 to 2027, expanding my work with children, young people and adults alike.

Ready to start your wellbeing journey?
Looking for a safe space to explore your emotions?
Through 1:1 sessions or group work, I help children and adults build emotional resilience, process difficult experiences and reconnect with who they are - all at their own pace, with no pressure. My approach is rooted in therapeutic play, emotional literacy and attachment-based methods that meet you where you are.
Join me at my cosy Wellbeing Hub in Larkhill, Salisbury or I can come to you across Wiltshire - in your home, school, nursery, care home or alternative provision.
I also offer online support, so there’s always a way to make it work around you and your needs.
